I’m Back! (Changes to this blog)

After a long, long break due to a million of different reasons I am back and with news of change to this blog. After much thinking on the issue i’ve decided to split this blog in two. Ecchi Neko will be turned into a strictly hentai blog, whereas all of my AV Girl posts will now be done on my newly created AV Stars Blog.

I believe that in doing this both blogs will be more accessible to people. This also means that I will be moving all the AV posts over to the other blog in the next view days, so your links/bookmarks will need to be changed. I will also be setting up a regular posting schedule for each blog. so if anyone has any suggestions as to what they want to see on what day, please feel free to let me know.

Also, I want to thank all of my visitors, even though 99.9% of you are just lurkers. This blog has exceeded 97 000 hits!

A Personal Favorite: Catgirls

In our personal (read: sexual) lives you can basically place yourself in one of three areas on a very simplistic chart: vanilla, curious (or on the fence) and kinky. Everyone will have varying degrees but ultimately you can still grab one of those three titles and slap it on yourself. Vanilla, for those who aren’t aware of the term sexually, are those people that are conventional in their sexual lives – for them they are happy with just having intercourse with no outside elements. There is no bondage, anal sex, cosplay, spankings, outfits, worship of specific body parts, groups, or any of the other thousand fetishes involved.

Much like in their own lives there are fetishes available in anime, hentai and AV. Some may only be possible in the animated world, such as tentacle rape, but most of it can parallel real world fetishes; maids, lolita (loli), futanari, incest, yaoi/yuri, girls with glasses, etc.

For me, one of my bigger weakness is Catgirls (not to be confused with Yiffy, which I personally have no interest in). I hope you enjoy!

1000+ Hits!

I want to thank those who have visited this blog. When I first though of creating this blog I wasn’t expecting much if any traffic… yet in the mere 9 days of having this blog it has received over 1200 hits. While I am guilty of not having a real direction for this blog yet, I am looking forward to developing a community through it.

So please, let me know what you would like to see more of, any ideas for weekly posts (like maybe a weekly AV Idol with more information on her), and any other positive or negative feedback you feel will help this blog mature and grow.

Article on various aspects of the adult culture in Japan

While I was looking at various blogs on WordPress I came across an interesting article that explores various terms people will come across both in everyday Japan as well as the more ecchi side of it. Among some of the terms explained are: Japanese Animation, Manga, Doujinshi, H, Bukkake, Gaijin, Shonen-ai/Shojo-ai, and Paizuri.

Here is a short excerpt:

Gaijin “foreigner” A word that literally means “outsider,” gaijin is kind of a rude word when used in some situations, as it sounds short and might offend some listeners. A more politically correct word is “gai-koku jin” or “outside country person.” There is a tendency for gaijin to refer to themselves by this word, but sometimes take offense if Japanese say “Hey, gaijin.” In this way, it’s not unlike American blacks and their use of the “n” word as a way of forming groups.
